South Valley Middle School Tiger Spotted!
I know that picture’s not exactly high quality, but considering it’s the first shot I’ve ever seen, much less taken of the infamous South Valley Middle School Tiger in Gilroy. Last Friday, Zaira and I were attending a planning meeting for the February trip to Yosemite that all of you glorious readers helped us save. Here’s the tiger’s much more widely distributed publicity shot for comparison purposes-
Pretty dramatic difference, no? It turns out the ‘ferocious’ tiger is just a legend after all. Just like the junior high kids who like to present themselves to the world as having total control of their environment realiyt presents a much different picture. Or rather, series of pictures…
