Gilroy Lions Club Does Dinner Right!

Next Friday night, December 5th, the Gilroy chapter of the Lions Club will prove they are superior to other fraternal organizations when they once again host their Annual Omelet & Pancake Supper at the Gilroy Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall (6000 Miller Avenue).  Of course, proving their superiority has nothing to do with why they hold this feast (and I doubt they believe it to be true), but to breakfast lovers like myself and Zaira the proof is in the pudding (or is that pancakes?).

The dinner will be held from 5pm to 8pm and the cost is a meager $6 for adults and $3 for children under 12.  Since all profits go towards supporting Community Sight Projects like vision testing and glasses for the impoverished I recommend you bring much more than the ‘official’ cost of your dinner, though and share the wealth a bit.

After all, if these guys are smart enough to realize that breakfast food is just as good in the evening as it is in the morning then they’re clearly not going to be wasting any of your donated funds!
